We chose the rooftop deck as it was sunny and we have few days left to sit outside. Our waiter, Ian, assured us it is no bother for staff to go up and down the staircase. We sat in a corner, out of the breeze at a clean table with a nice table setting for lunch. I had the salad with fried green tomatoes, my sister-in-law the autumn toasty sandwich; we cleared our plates. Truly unique and delicious. Birch & Bay is a place you could go back to again and again to and have something new and different each time.
