An absolute neighborhood gem! 5/5 Stars Dahlia Tapas is easily one of the best new date-night spots in the Phoenix area. Tucked away in a beautifully converted bungalow in the Coronado neighborhood, it hits the perfect sweet spot between cozy, romantic, and effortlessly hip. The dim lighting inside is incredibly atmospheric, and the patio out front is gorgeous for lingering over a casual drink. The food completely blew us away. The menu is a fantastic Spanish-Mexican fusion where every single plate shines. You absolutely cannot skip the Potato Croquettes—they are perfectly crispy on the outside, packed with Jamón Serrano and Manchego, and the brava sauce underneath is incredible. For the main, the Ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection, incredibly tender, and packed with rich, savory flavor. To top it off, the cocktail menu is phenomenal if you love agave spirits. The La Madrina (a smoky mezcal and Chartreuse blend) was complex and beautifully balanced, while the Guayalajara was bright, refreshing, and full of fresh guava flavor. What really made our night special, though, was the service. Our waitress, Michaela, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, incredibly welcoming, and gave us the perfect recommendations throughout the evening. A quick tip for anyone visiting: parking at the building itself is very tight, but you can easily park in the Cartel Roasting Co. lot just two doors down. Also, make sure to check out their pay-it-forward chalkboard by the bar—it’s a wonderful touch that shows how much they care about the community and their kitchen staff. Between the brilliant food, the premium tequila and wine selection, and the stellar hospitality from Michaela and the team, owner Audrey Corley and Chef Andrew Renteria have built something truly magical here. We will definitely be regular customers!

First time to this restaurant and it was very delicious. I had Shiseido mushrooms and brussels sprouts as an appetizer. We also had the chicken wings and the salmon dish. Both were delicious. Our service was great and we will be back.
