Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Dresher

For my second visit everything was perfect. I had loved the scallops so much the first time, I wanted to reorder them. They were not on the menu. Instead of the usual menu booklet, every dish fit on only one page. I ordered the shrimp in Causas Limenas. Layers of shrimp, Peruvian yellow pepper, potato puree and of course lime. It was superb. Then I went for the ceviche clasico that I also loved. White fish, corn, sweet potato (cooked to perfection), cilantro in a tasty marinade. Now I know to trust the chef to offer extremely fresh seafood prepared in a unique way. I will not go expecting to get what I already had. There is a lot to discover! My friends ordered meat dishes that they equally loved, the Lomo Saltado and the Tacu Tacu. The meat was tender and served with excellent sauces and sides. And we had a lovely and efficient waitress from Guatemala.

The Fort is a terrific casual neighborhood restaurant with good food and drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and contributed to our positive dining experience. The casual food was delicious, the drinks were tasty. Even the food off the kids menu were prepared well. Look forward to dining at The Fort again soon.

Everything was outstanding, especially the cutlet, the how cake and the rice pudding dessert. We also had the hamachi crudo which was delicious and the noodles. We ordered too much food - not realizing how large the plates were.

Loved the food and great service! A little loud but we enjoyed our evening. Will return
