Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Brentwood

Loved the old-fashioned raw vegetables bowl, along with charred pita. Very retro, in one sense, and, delightfully generous in another. The branzino was outstanding…as good as any I have ever had. Crisp, fresh and very flavorful. Wines were good and a full pour was appreciated. Costly but well worth it!

I promised myself I'd come back to La Monique for a full dinner during golden hour — and last night I finally did, for my fiancée's birthday. She left declaring it her new favorite date night spot in LA. I have zero notes. Let's start with the basics: the whipped truffle butter is the real deal. It made me completely abandon any carb hesitations and I regret nothing. From there — fig and ricotta crostini, tuna tartare, confit duck, dry aged ribeye, brussels sprouts. Every single dish a 10 out of 10. Chef David and his team have built something truly special here. This isn't just one of the best restaurants in Santa Monica or the Westside — it's one of the hottest in all of LA right now, and rightfully so. The food, the ambiance, the energy — all firing. Myles delivered exceptional service from start to finish, making a special night feel even more memorable. Already planning the return visit for the caviar. La Monique, you have a fan for life
