As a gluten-free restaurant, I didn't have those concerns, and then focussed on if the food and dining experience would still live up to expectations. It exceeded them. It was a quiet lunchtime, so the restaurant was perfect for lunch with clients, the food was superb with no hint that I was missing out by not having gluten based choices, and we were wonderfully looked after. The sourdough rolls and onion infused butter were a triumph and the restaurant kindly provided me with the recipe for both.
