Best Lunch Restaurants in Newquay

Worth every single penny… I’ve dined at the best, from The 4 Seasons in Paris, to Ottolenghi, Hand of Flowers and Steins…and Adam’s restaurant is definitely up there and better because he delivers every bloody time and then some. The staff are outstanding and the quality of the food is incredible. Good wholesome British food served with class and a flair. The cauliflower cheese makes you weep and the legendary trifle is stunning. It all is up there in my book for a damn good meal.

What a wonderful experience. So great to see them doing so well in their new home Food was incredible as ever with several highlights. Special mentions to Callum who was very engaging whilst preparing our delicious cocktails at the bar, and our principle waitress Becky who was delightful company for the evening

Brilliant meal at the most fantastic location right on the beach at Lusty Glaze! The Pickled Chef himself greeted us and made us welcome with two dogs and explained the specials. However being a vegetarian I was happy with the Garden burger ( tasty ‘homemade’ burger of spicy pulses) and my husband with a classic fish & chips. The fish and chips had both exceptional homemade tartar sauce and a curry sauce! As a treat we had the enormous Dessert Platter - My goodness! Eye popping! Everything bite size from delicious passion fruit cheese cake to dinky doughnuts! Washed down with super IPA and Summer Lease Haze beer so good abit like Hoegaarden. We went in early at 17.00 so we could walk the coastal path back home before it was dark! Thank you we’ll be back!
