This is a truly special place. I had not been before the March renovation, but the new cuisine and overall experience is something to behold. Book now and enjoy the wonderful service and meal before they earn a Michelin star and it becomes difficult to get a reservation. I've been to the best in the world. This place is on its way to the top.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Schlachthof Brasserie. We were treated respectfully and attended to professionally by the staff. There had been terrible traffic in the city and I called to inform them we would be late, and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The food was incredibly delicious, of high-quality, and the atmosphere is bright and calm. The restaurant is located in what seems to be an industrial/business area, but that adds a bit of a unique charm to the restaurant with it's clean, brick buildings. I highly recommend Schlachthof Brasserie.
