I haven’t been there in a couple of years. I thought the food was excellent and easily accommodated all the different needs in our dining party. Blane our server was super sweet and attentive and did a great job overall. I’ll always recommend this place for elevated bites in a neighborhood restaurant!

We had an exceptional evening on Saturday. My wife and I joined one of our favorite couples for a 7:00 reservation, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Our server, Connor, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, wine selections, food quality, and pairings, and his recommendations were excellent. Just as importantly, he struck the perfect balance with his service—checking in exactly when needed while giving us plenty of space to enjoy our conversation and the evening. We ended up staying for more than three hours and never once felt rushed. It was simply a wonderful night: great food, great wine, great friends, and exceptional service. Connor played a huge part in making the evening so enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be back!

The Food and service here is top tier! The ingredients are so fresh. Loved the arugula salad, meatballs, and of course, corn bread. They are very generous if you are celebrating an occassion and always bring over some bubbles. Will keep coming back!

True to its reputation in local reviews, the space feels incredibly high-end and modern without ever feeling stiff or pretentious. The sleek architectural lines, warm lighting, and open-kitchen concept create a vibrant yet intimate backdrop that is ideal for both romantic dates and special family gatherings. What truly sets EDGE apart, however, is the impeccable hospitality and seamless allergy awareness. From the moment we walked in, the staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. They are highly competent and accommodating with food sensitivities; the kitchen did a fantastic job managing a gluten allergy and resolving any concerns around cross-contamination, allowing us to dine with total peace of mind. Our server, Adam, provided fantastic, attentive service throughout the night. He went completely above and beyond by treating our infant son like a VIP, even leaving him with his very own stuffed moose as a souvenir of the evening. It is rare to find a fine-dining establishment that embraces families and dietary needs so gracefully while maintaining its luxury standards. The culinary experience was outstanding from start to finish: • Dry-Aged NY Strip: Cooked to absolute perfection with a beautiful crust and rich, deep flavor. • Scallops: Incredibly fresh, perfectly seared, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. • Kids' Options: Our son thoroughly enjoyed his fresh fruit and buttered noodles (as well as happily nibbling off our plates!). We finished the evening with a spectacular trio of desserts. The snickerdoodle crème brûlée was a creative, comforting twist on a classic, the homemade ice cream was exceptionally creamy, and the Basque-style cheesecake had that perfect caramelized top and rich, velvety center.

Panzano is the best. The food is always delicious, and the service phenomenal. We did the Brussels sprouts, arancini, vodka penne, and chicken Milanese and they were all delicious. Brian has been our server each time we’ve dinned and he’s fantastic and incredibly friendly. The tiramisu dessert was reminiscent of the tiramisu I’ve had in Italy and the cocktails are also delicious. Keep on doing exactly what you’re doing guys!
