They start the service with a delightful surprise—warm mini chive biscuits—setting the tone for a fantastic meal. Chef David Gussin’s farm-forward California menu beautifully blends global and Italian influences, making it tough to choose from so many incredible options. We started with the delicate baby artichoke, crispy fries, and a perfectly dressed Caesar salad. For the mains, the miso cod was an absolute standouts.
