My husband ordered a filet while I chose the rib eye. Both were cooked to perfection just as we requested. For sides, we had the brocollini and dirty hashbrowns. Those dirty hashbrowns were to die for. We were informed the process takes 3 days just to get them to their perfect state and it showed. Service was A+ and we even got to meet the chef! We were told there were no guarantees for that. When we arrived after a short wait we were seated in doors Thank God! We ordered the American Masami Ribeye from the Wagyu menu, and it was absolutely amazing, definitely one of the highlights of the meal! Our chef, Trevor, was incredible! He brought such high energy to the table and made the whole experience so fun and interactive. He kept us laughing and entertained throughout dinner while also making everything perfectly. The cocktails were also all really good, and the entire night was such a great experience.
