Hands down the best restaurant in the STATE of Indiana. Immaculate preparation, presentation, and service. We celebrate every major milestone here, and try to find reasons to visit in-between.

We had a great experience at The Oakmont. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and fairly priced. I had the carne asada tacos. They were fresh and the meat was so tender. My husband had the rice bowl with brisket and said the flavor was great. Our friend ordered the salmon and was happy with her choice. She did find a little bit of “something blue” stuck to one of her pieces of cauliflower. The “little piece of something blue” and the smell at the outside dining area are the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars. It was a beautiful night. We chose to sit outside. It smelled like garbage. We moved once thinking it was bc we were next to the trash can, but the smell did linger. I would highly recommend this restaurant-but maybe sit inside.
