This long-established Annapolis restaurant is an Annapolis hallmark that enjoys its well-deserved reputation. Last evening we celebrated our 52nd anniversary there, and it's no wonder we chose Cafe Normandie. I am a halibut fanatic and yesterday it was the fish of the day. It was prepared beautifully over a bed of mashed cauliflower (with a twinge of lemongrass sauce). It was superb. My wife had the Annapolis Crepe--just filled with crab, shrimp, and scallops.
