We visited The Ivy in Cambridge to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and the experience was fantastic. The décor was striking, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The food and service were both 10/10! They made my mum’s day extra special by surprising her with a complimentary birthday cake at the end of our meal—a lovely, thoughtful touch. If you’re considering a visit to The Ivy, I would definitely recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will be back to try their afternoon tea! :)

Another visit for Sunday lunch and once again we weren’t disappointed. Service was perfect and the food, especially the beef sirloin, was possibly even better than their normal high standard. We’ve been fortunate to eat in quite a few Michelin- starred restaurants and the House by Hilly Gant does not disgrace itself in comparison to such establishments. It may not be ‘tasting menu’ type food, but the quality, flavour and cooking skills evident are of a similar standard. Well done and thanks to Daisy for excellent service.
