We really liked the dining room room we sat in with the dark wood walls. Jeremy was our server and he was terrific. We would definitely come back and would recommend it to others.More infoThe Pelican Club$$$$• Creole / Cajun / Southern• French Quarter•4.7

- DDustinAlabama •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe ate at Tableau during our trip to New Orleans and had a great experience. The Blue Crab Fondue was an excellent starter, and the Andouille-Crusted Gulf Fish was one of the best meals I had on the trip. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the crabmeat topping and sauces added a lot of flavor without overpowering the seafood. We also tried the Tarte à la Bouillie for dessert, and it was fantastic. Honestly, everything we ordered was very good and tasted like it was made with quality ingredients. The service was attentive throughout the meal, and our server, Ruby, did a great job taking care of us. She was friendly, professional, and helped make the experience even more enjoyable without ever making us feel rushed. She also told us that Tableau updates its menu about every four months, and we happened to visit on the first night of the new menu. The dishes we ordered were some of their classics that typically remain on the menu, which was nice to hear after enjoying them so much. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a great location overlooking Jackson Square. There are a lot of places to eat in the French Quarter, but Tableau was definitely one of the better meals we had while visiting New Orleans. I'd happily eat here again.More infoTableau$$$$• Creole / Cajun / Southern• French Quarter•4.6
