But after asking for a steak knife it was a bit easier but not perfect. Vegetables were lovely but not enough peas and so next time we will ask for a separate pea side. I would prefer to add my own gravy, in fact some people do not like gravy so a side jug would be nice. Overall a fabulous time and service, we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We even got talking to other diners who were very friendly and go every week, so it is obviously loved there. Just a couple of pointers but overall a brilliant lunch.
