Roast - that most distinguished establishment in Borough Market - is a place of uncommon splendour. Its magnificent interior - made all the more enchanting by the presence of a great tree - possesses both grandeur and warmth, as though Nature herself had been invited to dine among London’s finest society. The food is nothing short of superb: generous, beautifully prepared, and presented with admirable elegance. The service, meanwhile, is conducted with consummate professionalism; every courtesy is extended with grace, attentiveness, and perfect discretion. In short, Roast is a triumph of hospitality - a house of excellent fare, handsome surroundings, and impeccable manners. I departed exceedingly well satisfied and should recommend it without the slightest reservation.

First time trying the fish and chips on this visit. Extremely good addition to the Monday menu.

We had a wonderful Sunday Roast at The Williams, I only eat small portions so was delighted to find they had an option of 1/4 or 1/2 Roast Chicken, nonetheless this was still a big portion, and tasty, tender and moist, my partner had the Roast Loin of Pork which he said was delicious, we both commented on the lovely atmosphere and friendly staff too. We will return.

The food was lovely and stomach filling. Will visit next time.
