I went with my 91 year old Mum who had not experienced The Ivy before and she loved it. Our waitress was amazing. She took time to explain clearly to my Mum and was generally knowledgable and kind. It was an extremely busy service due to Graduation Day. However not a beat dropped and it created a real buzz in the air. The sandwiches were a little dry on both sides and although there was a great selection of cakes, there were three of us and sometimes only 1 or 2 of the mini cakes on offer.
