Our server Carlo was one of the most competent and calm professional servers I have had in a long time! He recommended seafoodnunique and seasonal to the Vancouver area Spot Prawns Excellent delicate and perfectly cooked! I had the halibut seared with crisped capers and a light lemon cream sauce. Again perfection in cooking seafood ! Also had the toffee glazed carrots which were beautiful and delicious! Cocktails also lovely the Rose Petal Bubbly cocktail was delicate and not too sweet!
