Our server Santiago paced our meal beautifully and allowed us the opportunity to leisurely dine while keeping our table time within a respectful 90ish minutes. Terrific cocktails and "The Southern Collection" were starters, followed by Street Corn Caesars, entrees of Farro Island Salmon and Pan-Seared Butterfish arrived perfectly hot and delicious, and the finishing touch---Fireman Derek's Oreo Cheesecake!
