What a great night!! This was my second time here, but last night I was with one of my best friends and we had the best time. Our server Paul needs his own special recognition - he truly made the entire evening exceptional. We were busy catching up and telling stories and he was so good at checking in and letting us have a proper girl's night! Plus he basically guided us through the menu, with terrific recommendations!! I'm looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu!!

We celebrated my wife’s 51st birthday last night at Le Âme at The Global Ambassador, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely to die for, but Jacob really made the evening special. He was an amazing waiter, attentive, personable, and made sure my wife’s birthday celebration felt like an occasion. Great atmosphere, outstanding service, and phenomenal food. 15/10. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back. And most importantly, happy 51st birthday to my beautiful wife! ❤️🎂🥂

My husband and I ate dinner there last night and everything was excellent! The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. And, the food was delicious! Cooked just right! I loved the small “extra” treats they brought us before and after our meal. The atmosphere was lovely…music and lighting! We did have a table of six seated near that were a bit loud. But, we enjoyed our time at Embers. It’s one of our favorite restaurants for special occasions! Thanks, Embers!

I have written reviews on Cafe Monarch before, this one is no different. It remains, year after year, the finest restaurant in AZ. Impeccable service, outstanding food, and a wonderful atmosphere are delivered time and again. Perfection comes at a price, so be aware of that.

The entire experience was phenomenal! Our server was incredibly knowledge about the menu, attention to detail regarding food allergies & gave great service overall. His supporting staff was wonderful, as well.
