Our first time having omakase and it was amazing! Food and service were top tier. We expected to be in a more private room or area for the omakase but the restaurant itself was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back!

Couldn’t decide what to eat so we got the chef’s selection and it was amazing! Really hard to choose a favourite dish but the steak was beautiful and the garlic prawns had the best sauce I’ve had in a long time. Awesome, attentive service and amazing cocktails too!

Loved the overall experience Food was amazing, we did the 7 course meal. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. We were delayed to our booking however the staff were polite enough to host us and the hospitality was amazing until we left being the last ones in the restaurant. Each and every course we received was delicious and uniquely put together.

Food and service was out of this world. The pumpkin gnocchi, in a French/ Japanese restaurant, was the best I have ever eaten. The Bansho oysters were fantastic. Together with the scallops. Drink prices reasonable, but not a cheap night out.

It was a spring night when we had our special occasion dinner at Bistro La Provence. The location is perfect as it’s just opposite to the middle brighton beach. The dishes we ordered were delicious of the taste also elegant with its presentations. Good time are always fleeting but we will come back soon for sure. Thanks for your great work!

The food was well presented and absolutely delicious! We had appetisers, dumplings and three mains, which we shared. Roti was so fresh and light. Food was flavoursum rather than too spicy hot. Portions were perfect for sharing between three of us. Good selection of wines by the glass. Service was attentive with useful tips, but not intrusive or hurried. Will definitely eat there again.
