Best Restaurants with a Scenic View in Ivy City

Our waiter was great, we had 2 birthdays we were celebrating and they had us in a nice room with great ambiance. They brought out a complimentary cake and anything we needed was brought out quickly. Also kept checking in on us making sure we had everything we needed which most restaurants fail to do. Food was good and reasonably priced! Overall great experience with amazing views and it’s right in front of the waterfront so we got some good pictures while our food was being made.

Everything about the restaurant was amazing. We had a reservation and were seated within 5-minutes of arriving. The food was phenomenal and on par with what you’d expect from a French restaurant. The wine was an added benefit. Our server was very attentive and offered great recommendations. If the opportunity arises, we will be definitely be back to experience more from Cafe Du Parc!

Best place to have a lovely lunch on a beautiful fall day. On the water! Great local oysters (and the server was knowledgeable about the offerings) at happy hour prices all afternoon. We also had the shrimp po boy and the fish sandwich which were right size (some might say smallish but enough for me!). Cocktails were creative and refreshing and the sun reflecting off the river as we sat outside (covered) was perfect.

We took advantage of Summer Restaurant Week at Tony & Joe's. We were very pleased with our dinner. My wife had the Caesar salad and the Chesapeake style Crab Cake. She was very pleased with both. I started with the clam chowder and had the Roasted Cedar Plank Salmon. I enjoyed the chowder but the salmon was outstanding. It was the best plank salmon I ever had. It was cooked to perfection with tasty seasoning. We both had the mango sorbet for dessert. It was the only dessert offered on the special menu. It was tasty and refreshing. The service was excellent.
