He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. He was able to answer all of our questions and offered great recommendations without ever being overbearing. Alex was a big part of what made our experience so enjoyable, and he is definitely a large factor in why we would come back. Excellent service from start to finish.
