Always a lovely welcome and walked to our table as soon as we arrived (no waiting around). Our food and drink orders were taken as soon as we were ready (the staff are good at looking out for this). We’d plumped for the house white which was a fresh and fruity medium dry and very drinkable! To my eating partner’s horror, I ordered the Mixed Tandoori platter: a thoroughly delicious platter of lamb and chicken cuts which I’ll remember to have again next time. The only downer, and it wasn’t the restaurants fault, was a very loud chap on the next table who was under the impression that it was compulsory to share his side of phone conversations with everyone in his vicinity. Perhaps a small reminder about dining etiquette in the restaurant’s publicity could work? I’d say booking is essential, particularly at weekends as it does get busy but a cheeky walk-in might be lucky for you. Highly recommended!

Sublime, as ever. This is one of my favourite places to eat. Kamil is so skilled and unassuming as a sushi chef and the service and ambience so calm and unobtrusive. Just perfect.

Food was excellent as always. My chicken classic curry was lovely. Good portion size and I had asked for prawns to be added as extra which they did. The pork and lemongrass meatballs which we shared as a starter was lovely too. The restaurant was half full and only a couple of staff on. I felt the service this time wasn't as good as its been on our previous visits. We had to keep asking for stuff like napkins and cutlery. However, we come regularly and will continue to do so.
