Best Vegan Restaurants in Monmouth Beach

It was a wonderful brunch. You cannot beat the view of the ocean and the beach right from your dining table. The food was quite good. We found the drinks to be rather strong. Some might like that. I had the chicken and waffles which was wonderful, but I wish I had asked for no hot sauce. Otherwise it was great. My daughter ordered an appetizer for the table with beets, feta cheese and tapanade. I wish they had included orange marmalade for one of those because I think it would’ve been a nice change. I would’ve switched out the beets for the marmalade. The service was perfect. The ice cream was amazing. Actually it was gelato. We had one scoop of chocolate, one scoop marshmallow, and it was a wonderful ending to the meal.

Made a reservation for 1pm for 4 on a Saturday. We were seated even though 2 of us had arrived. Parking in Red Bank can be tough. We waited 15 min for our other 2 guests. The hostess/server was kind and let us sit there unbothered We all ordered different items, menu is awesome. The spinach omelette, the pineapple bowl with chicken were all a good portion and very tasty. The other diner order the chicken caprese it was good but the grilled chicken could have been more tender. They have a nice choice of desserts. 2 of us ordered. Very good. Elli's has a pleasant atmosphere, quiet and very friendly staff. It's nice not to have TV'S blaring in the background (BYOB). Good for having conversations without yelling at each other. We really loved it here and would come back.

The food here is always great. One of our go to places. But the thing that we really look forward to is seeing Jesse. She’s a server here. She makes us feel so special from the smile she greets us with that stays with her right down to the moment we leave. You can find good food in a lot of places. But you rarely find a Jesse. Iron Whale has it all. Great chefs and Jesse. Who could ask for anything more. Make sure to request her. You won’t be disappointed. 🫶

Food and drinks were outstanding. Their “wedge”salad is so delicious and unique. The Ramen Seafood dish was amazing I would definitely order that again. So unique and delicious.

One of my favorite restaurants! The food is always delicious and love the ambience. Best of all the servers and staff are really terrific!
