Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Auburn

My husband and I, once again, thoroughly enjoyed our food, which is creative and delicious! The service, as usual, was amazing. We love eating at Magnus and highly recommend.

Love this place! We originally made a reservation for a table for two but were able to get two seats at the bar which worked out perfectly. Great cocktails and excellent meal. Would definitely recommend and made plans to return with friends.

Rachel is a fabulous waitress. The food was excellent. Had the prime rib. Everything was rich...cheese spread, French onion soup, beef au jus, but absolutely delicious. Took half my entree & entire dessert home.

The White Clover’s warm decor, white table cloths and wall to wall to wall windows granting harbor views, created that atmosphere for a magnificent date night. Nakita was personable, and immediately made you feel that you had her full attention. We started with a specialty cocktails. The Pink vesper was a fun and light. We had lamb chops and beet salad for appetizers. Both were perfectly prepared with the appetizer lamb chops being more than enough to share. The golden beets were such a treat! Mid course of asparagus with feta that was whipped and provided a wonderful pairing. For the main, We had the lobster and halibut succoatash and the lamb shank. Again Chef Kyle outdid himself. Every bite was better than the next. Lastly we shared the key lime tart and then rolled ourselves out of the restaurant! This is not to be missed!

Worth the hour drive. Excellent service, pleasant family atmosphere and very good brunch options.
