Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Ossining

Great Dock and Dine spot! Lovely view outside. We arrived just before the kitchen closed at brunch and the staff was very accommodating. Will definitely be returning.

Felina is top quality dining. From the moment you walk in the door the decor and lighting asst the mood for a fine dining experience. Our server was exceptional. The mushroom pizza and cesar salad as appis were both excellent (definitely anchovy taste to the dressing). We all had the crispy skin salmon and it excellent and was cooked to order. The end of the meal we were offered a complimentary limoncello which was authentic. The acoustics are challenging but on a week night was manageable. We will be back.

I met with a group of ladies to discuss forming a Fairfield County chapter of a national non-profit organization. The restaurant was a perfect option for a Monday evening. Since we live all across Fairfield County, the location was great. We were able to accomplish our goals for the meeting and have a wonderful fellowship as well. The food and service was DIVINE! We will definitely return.
