Service was slow & inattentive. We waited to long for appetizers, crab cakes where the plate it was served on was hotter than the cakes were! Over an hour for entrees. Vegetables , asparagus were burnt not grilled & overcooked baked potato was triple the size of steak
Fleming’s came highly recommend by a friend to celebrate our anniversary but recommendations were overrated & disappointing
Wonderful service with excellent food... Can't wait to go back again
We went to Flemings for the second time in a long time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Even though we arrived early to an almost empty restaurant and had a confirmed reservation, we were seated right next to another party of 4 during delta COVID, perhaps for the server’s convenience. Our calamari appetizer was good and the steaks were great. My husband enjoyed his wine. I was concerned about the jalapeños in the potatoes but assured they were not hot but smoky so ordered the potatoes anyway and was disappointed. Our asparagus was woody and overcooked. Creme brûlée and key lime pie were good. The server had trouble applying our $40 off dining points at the end. Overall it was hit or miss. Wouldn’t be in a rush to go back for our next special occasion.
Always fantastic!!! They do it better then anyone else.
My boyfriend’s birthday dinner was amazing. 10/10 recommend.
Great service and atmosphere. Appears the prices went up from that last time we ate at flemings. Food very good!
Everything was perfect
Steak was undercooked then overcooked and service was good but very slow. Almost 3 hours for dinner....Not worth the investment or the time.
Food wasn’t food and the restaurant had a bad smell
Flemings was a pleasure from beginning to end. The food was superb, the atmosphere was relaxing, and our waiter, Bobby, was friendly and attentive and made our dining experience extra special. This was my first visit to Flemings, but will most certainly not be my last.
We were celebrating my son’s birthday- there were 6 of us total. The food was incredible, as was the service. The total bill for dinner (and three of us had 2 cocktails each) was $765.00. An exquisite experience, but very pricey!
My husband and I sat at the bar and shared dinner and a couple of drinks. Great food and atmosphere as always!
Absolutely wonderful meal on all accounts good service and cocktails all exceptional we will be back!
Everything was great ; from the service, ambiance, drinks, food, and dessert
Good & service always excellent. Had the Tomahawk Tuesday special. More than enough to eat & bring some home too.
Very disappointed compared to previous visits. Uninspired.
Our server was Maria, she was awesome. The owner stopped by and talked to us when we got there which was a nice touch. Over all Great experience & we will be back.
This was my first time at this establishment. The server paid more attention to his larger tables than he did our table. He seemed short tempered and cut us off whenever we tried to ask questions. I understand being short staffed but it took about an hour for each course. It was my friend’s birthday and instead of happy birthday the kitchen sent out a plate with congratulations written on it. Brittany was so sweet. She came by with a beautiful smile and was more attentive than our waiter. I would visit Flemings again, no time soon, maybe on a slow day to see if the service is better.
Outstanding service and staff!
Not kid friendly at all nor did staff sit us in an appropriate spot despite telling them in advance we had a 2 year old.
The restaurant seems to have lost focus. Outdoor dining experience was terrible. Seemed like an after thought. Staff seemed put off that we chose to eat out doors
Definitely our favorite steak in the Philly area thus far. Service and drinks were amazing as well.
A Fleming’s in any other city I have been in has been a positive experience; elevated above average. Here? My fish was clearly previously frozen and overcooked, though the steak was good and flavorful, salads were heavy and wilted, appetizers were heavy on the butter/oils, but importantly, service was automated and impersonal. Patrons were seated wearing sweatpants (business casual?? Really??) and the ambience was stark. Go the extra drive to downtown Philadelphia or even to the steakhouses in King of Prussia and skip this place. Flemings should be embarrassed, honestly.
Flemings met my expectations in every fashion. The food was delicious, the customer service was remarkably and every member of staff went out of their way to make the experience memorable. I honestly can’t think of a single thing I could suggest needing any improvement. What a remarkable restaurant and great group of people! Keep up the great work!
Absolutely amazing, obviously the steak was out of this world however, the tuna appetizer holy smokes - might’ve been the most flavorful meal on planet earth. Our server was Maria who was a complete Rockstar. Nothing but class at Flemings.
I love the staff and the food and drinks were amazing
Honestly the steak wasn’t that good. Bland. Happy to drop $200 on dinner for a special occasion, but I need $200 in value - which Fleming’s unfortunately didn’t provide.
We loved the food and I would recommend this to any of my friends
Great service, delicious food!
Great spot for a business dinner or a date night. Always a wonderful steak
I’ve eaten at Flemings in California several times. It was always expensive but very nice. We took our son and ordered the seafood tower for 6. . There were three of us. There OSS no way they put enough seafood on that tower for even four and we left feeling really cheated by a stingy, over priced rip off.
we like to go to a steakhouse occasionally but don't like to overpay. Although the food was good at Flemings we thought it was a bit overpriced.
so for $55 for 11oz filet and $48 for an 8oz filet the bill was $225 including tip, 2 beers, no coffee, no dessert.
the salad, crab cakes, filets were very good, but i guess i am used to prix fixe deals at mortons and ruth chris which can get us 2 dinners for $150/$175 with desert.
Steaks were dry and very expensive
It is clear they have cut back, no sauces for steak anymore, bread is not exciting (where they used to give a delicious assortment in a bread basket), they stopped
I might go to the bar for a hamburger is about it otherwise am never going back again
Many better places
Used to go fairly regularly until covid, this has been the first time back in a while. Great server and staff but the food was the worst we have ever experienced there. Apps and salads were fine but the filet was something I would have expected at Denny's. The Chilean Sea Bass had a fishy taste, probably frozen for a long time and the crab cakes which we would not even recommend even on a good day were tasteless. Even the asparagus was wilted like it was in the refrigerator too long. Awful experience especially at those prices. Probably not going back.
Consistently outstanding quality food and drink. I love the NY Strip (medium) and the Mrs. loves the filet mignon (medium rare). Great cocktails, excellent wine list. The staff couldn't be more attentive. Our "go to" for special occasions.
We when for a friends birthday who came in from out of town. We enjoyed the dinner and the waiter did a wonderful job helping us with pictures at the end. Would recommend .
Food and service was excellent. Our server was Lou, he was very attentive.
The meal was enjoyable and the service was fine. My tomahawk was a little undercooked, but I rather have undercooked than overcooked.
I had high expectations based on the high al a carte pricing. In the end I was completely underwhelmed. I ordered the dry aged ribeye, the most expensive steak on the menu. It had good flavor and was cooked medium, as requested, but the texture was very firm. My wife had the Chilean sea bass. The sauce on it was good but the fish itself had no flavor. The Brussels sprouts were probably the biggest disappointment. They were just inedible. For $250 for two people I’d rather eat at Bonefish grill three times.
