   We had 7:30 reservations on a Thursday night and were looking forward to a great Fleming's dining experience. We were surprised the restaurant wasn't that busy. Our server, Kendrick, had just completed training so we thought he'd be on point. Unfortunately, this was not the case. He fell short on wine suggestions, took forever to bring our bottle of wine with other drinks as well as take our order, and didn't check on our table throughout the dinner. We ordered the pork belly and the ahi poke which were good. We asked the back waiter for more bread since we did not see our server. When our entrees were delivered by a lady who looked like a manager, we asked for some sauces to put on the filets. Sadly we never received them however the filets were outstanding. Our sides were brussel sprouts & bacon, mac & cheese, onion rings, and Fleming's potatoes. We liked all the sides except for the potatoes which were oily. Kendrick finally visited our table when we were done with dinner and we ordered dessert along with our check. Dining at Fleming's is about great food and the dining experience. We'll give Fleming's another try but next time ask for a server with more tenure.

   Ordered a medium temp NY Strip. Should be a warm pink center right? It arrived extremely rare. Went back to the kitchen to be bumped up, and when it returned to the table just a few minutes later, it was still rare. At this point, we decided to try a whole new strip. Waited 10-15 additional min for the new strip and when it arrived to the table it was still undercooked (med rare).. I opted to just eat it, as my wife was finished with her food and the sides were stone cold at this point. Not the Fleming’s experience we are accustomed to. My steak was comped of course and our servers Sarah and Humberto did the best they could to salvage the evening, which was appreciated, but this location needs some serious attention as experiences are unacceptable (and avoidable). Maybe a good starting place would be to have the chef running the broiler take the AirPod out of her ear…?

   My boyfriend and I had an AMAZINGGGG date night. The service, the food, the ambiance. Everything was perfect. It was all an experience. More than just a meal. Our server Ian was wonderful. Very nice and knowledgeable. Came by to check on us just enough. Wasn’t suffocating nor did we feel deserted. Our glasses of water were never empty as they were refilled often. No waiting on anything. The managers stopped by as well which is always great to see. They truly care about their customer. Feels very welcoming when they take the time to do so. I truly have never had a PERFECT meal until this one. Nothing was wrong with anything. Nothing was undercooked or over cooked, under seasoned or over seasoned. It was truly spectacular. Will be coming back 1000000%.

   If you want to experience excellent service, quality and tasty, flavorful food then Flemings is the place to come to! My husband and I have been coming here for years and we are never disappointed. Ask for Charles or Sarah. They are great!

   We came for the Tuesday special, but ended up splitting salad, shrimp cocktail, filet and Fleming’s potatoes. The food and drinks were delicious. We had an excellent waiter to make the evening more enjoyable. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

    Flemings is a very nice restaurant for a special occasion. We dined on a very busy Saturday evening. Our sever was excellent, very personable and attentive, but the kitchen was having problems keeping up. Food is pricey, but we shared both entree and sides, and dessert. Everything was delicious! Our birthday celebration was wonderful.

    A tremendous meal with very good service. The meal was a bit expensive ($100/person with only two drinks and no dessert), but I guess that's the way things go in 2023 rather than a problem with Flemings. I'd highly recommend this as a special occasion destination. It is "a cut above".

    Food was great. There was an issue that caused a delay with our entrees and drinks. They offered a complimentary appetizer which we were charged for. I failed to even see it on the receipt but I’m sure they will refund once I contact them. I would definitely return.

    Worst dining experience. Sat at table quickly. Long wait for anyone to serve us. Waiter had to be located. Wrong plates served. Could not locate waiter for requests. Just a bad bad experience and will never go there again.

    There was a long wait time between ordering and receiving our food, however our waiter was very accommodating and attentive while we waited to be served. Also, once my steak arrived at the wrong temperature- both waited and manager ensured a new filet was cooked and delivered. We were offered complimentary desserts for the inconvenience.

    The food and service was awesome as usual! Our server was Sarah. She was wonderful. And, of course, Andrew, the GM always takes good care of us. The support staff is always friendly and engaging. Just a all around great experience!

    Our waiter Don was wonderful! Excellent customer service and recommendations. The steaks were over cooked, but everything else tasted wonderful. The hostess tried to cram the six of us in a small round table (acting like it was their custom), but willingly moved us to a larger table when we insisted.

    This is our go to special occasion place to dine. The food is delicious. The service is awesome - very attentive to our needs. It is quiet so you can carry on a conversation and not have to raise your voice to be heard. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. We shared a tomahawk steak and it was prepared perfectly (medium) and would melt in your mouth. The Fleming potatoes are a must have. Their creamed spinach, Brussels sprouts and baked potatoes are very good as well. Highly recommend Flemings!

    This was our family Thansgiving dinner and it was awful. The soup was burnt, and the waiter told us upon our complaint that others had complained but still served it. My filet mignon was first overcooked, then came back over done. The turkey dinner was absolutely terrible and the stuffing was served burnt. The cauliflower mash came out as soup. Unedible! The waiter kept apologizing for all of this telling us some of the employees had lost family members. VERY awkward. He had no knowledge of the wine list . You would think for a 4.5 star steakhouse such as Flemings, the staff would know something. When the manager did come over, he seemed uninterested, and did offer to bring us something else. But we were done by then. They did end up comping most of the dinner, and offered to put our dessert in a to go box! It really was a terrible experience. I booked it based on the reviews I read. Would Not reccomend. Corporate needs to pay that location a visit.

    Honestly, I like Flemings better than some higher end steakhouses in the Raleigh area. The food is good, service is always great and you won't drop $400-$500 on dinner & drinks for 4. No complaints here.

    Incredible experience at Fleming's Raleigh. Don was our waiter - truly the best service I have had in years. Attentive without being overly so. Respectful and knew. the menu inside and out. The manager stopped by and could not have been more fantastic. He really has a great team here at Fleming's. The work has been put into crafting a truly restful and restorative dining experience, and it really pays off in the experience. If you want the perfect spot in Raleigh for a celebratory evening or an intimate dinner with friends, this is the place.

    My wife and I love Fleming’s and have been loyal customers for 10+ years. This was until our visit on Friday. Service: good to very good Food: this is where things went sideways. We ordered a dry aged ribeye to share, Cajun Mac & Cheese and a Wedge salad. We usually split items as the portions are advertised to be large. Not this time. My wife’s mule was nothing like a mule despite assurances from the waiter. The wedge for $13 was a quarter of a head (used to be a half head) that was split in 2, the mac which traditionally could serve 3 as a side was dried out and just enough for 1 and the steak (dry aged ribeye) was overcooked and so tough my wife could barely cut it. It looked okay when we cut into it but the cut of meat was more like a sirloin than a ribeye. Not sure if we will go back with so many other choices in the area. Maybe it’s another post COVID inflationary victim. For the money this visit showed the value just isn’t there at least for us. You may have a better experience but when we go back it’ll be for the prime burger in a lower risk situation.
