When my hubby found out about Golden Steer, he immediately booked us flights, made reservations and invited our friends to join. Next thing I know we're having this extravagant meal at Golden Steer. From the outside, it looks like a strip club, from the inside, a very cool old-school iconic and historic feeling restaurant. Is it the best meal we've ever had? Definitely not, but it's a complete dining experience that I do not regret. Perfect for Vegas! Here is what I recommend to eat. Baked oysters were delish and Tomahawk steak was good. Mashed potatoes and creamed corn were amazing and a must order is the table side Caesar salad which was loaded with garlic and fun to watch as they prep. You must end your dinner with the banana flambé dessert so perfect. Jk not really, but I tried 😝 @goldensteerlv @goldensteer recently sent me their seasoning blends to try, and I had to experiment with them on some steaks and smashed potatoes 🥔 . I’m not the best at cooking steak, but @goldensteer basically did half the work for me 🔥 Their seasoning blends are so good, especially the French Cuffs blend that is reminiscent of their classic French onion soup. Founded in 1958, you can feel the history as soon as you walk into the front door. Such a phenomenal restaurant steeped in tradition. As recommended to me by @lasvegasfill, the must haves are the Shrimp de Jonghe appetizer, any steak with the Maitre d’Butter added to it, and the house specially Cherries Jubilee or Bananas Foster which are flambéed tableside. Definitely make a reservation way in advance so you can experience the oldest continually operating steakhouse in Vegas. i Ordered the lg lobster tail and it was over cooked hard to chew etc. Not good then I ordered the prime rib and that was just bad. I ordered rare got med rare to med. I love the prime rib cap. I did not have that at all. I should of sent it back. I told someone and showed them prime rib which I did not eat. She said it was probably where they cut it off the roast. It should of never been served. i spent 275.00. It was just bad bad bad never again

The atmosphere as soon as you walk in, transforms you back in time! You feel you were a part of the rat pack sitting at the tables where the most famous people sat. The staff makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. The food is absolutely fantastic, the best filet I ever had. Highly recommended

Food was just okay whereas the service was exceptional. It took forever to get a reservation and we took a trip to Vegas just to accommodate this reservation. Definitely not worth the price.

wonderful service and food, the dining room was loud with a few people who have been served too much but other than that had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend. I would say it was worth the seven month reservation.
