   Absolutely fantastic experience. This was my first visit to Hawksmoor Manchester and certainly won’t be my last. The food was to die for, the service was exceptional. The wine list included some excellent options and my partner very much enjoyed the varied cocktail list. Overall our experience at Hawksmoor couldn’t have been any better.

   Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Her suggestions were helpful, the food was incredible, and she gave us a couple of sides for free! We has the 2 course express menu, and the steaks were just stunning! Perfect birthday treat, thank you.

   Thoroughly enjoy the Hawksmoor, lovely attentive staff, a great atmosphere, and fab food always done perfectly. I’d love to be able to afford to go more often but I suppose that’s what makes it special!

   Fabulous food yet again from Hawksmoor. The streak was wonderful, the sides were complimentary and tasty. Wine matched the food perfectly. Service was also excellent, friendly and attentive.

   We visited for my husbands birthday last night. Our server recommend the ribeye steak to share, it didn't disappoint, it was amazing! Thank you Lovely atmosphere. We will be back.

   Could not fault the waiter could not do enough for you. The food was ok steak I asked for medium rare but was more medium well. Also the food is over priced for what you get. I would rather go to gaucho and pay a little more but much better menu.

    Excellent food & service. We went for our 10 year anniversary & 2 staff mentioned it & wished us a happy anniversary but that was it. I was a bit surprised that we didn’t get a complimentary drink or a small dessert at the end of our meal for our special occasion. When we have been to restaurants before they have gone all out & made it special for us. I would recommend your restaurant but not to go for a special anniversary as you are not made to feel special so we opted out of the 12.5% service charge.

    I love Hawksmoor, it is the best Steak by far and the vibe in the restaurant is always great. The staff all seem to genuinely love working there and offer excellent service, our waiter was called Marco and he was just brilliant. Manchester is my favourite location as it just has a better atmosphere, we travel from Birmingham just to eat here.

    Second time dining at Hawksmoor. Greeted upon arrival to a friendly host where our coats were taken and then guided to our seats. When passing any member of staff each one took time to say hello and welcome which is such a lovely gesture. Nothing was too much of a problem. We were served very quickly by our server Ryan who was very friendly and helpful. Food arrived quick and was utterly delicious. Highly recommend the express menu, very good value for money. Can’t wait to return already. Thank you.

    Excellent food. The member of staff that served us was really knowledgeable about the food, very helpful and lovely. The tunes in the background, although not very loud, were top notch too. Really enjoyed our meal. Thank you

    I we ordered the fillet tail meal, mine was a little sinewy, when the waitress came around to ask if the food was OK, I barely had to say anything before she whipped it away with a clear message the steak was unacceptable. She returned with another full meal and a bigger filter steak. On top of that, I was bit charged for me meal. Exceptional service, would highly recommend to friends., and will return myself

    I had the beef burger and the chicken burger - shared with my partner. The beef was ok - I wouldn't say it matched up to the rave reviews online. It's not any more special than any other burger. The chicken burger was very poor, nothing worth mentioning - just a bad burger.

    The food was lovely, but the front of house on arrival and departure were rather distracted & disinterested and unwelcoming. Arrival to the restaurant could do with some work - we were on time but table wasn’t ready - which is fine - so settled in bar for a cocktail. We were about to order when whisked to table by someone who couldn’t take that order - and the process of getting those drinks stretched out too far. It’s not a huge issue, but could be much much smoother for guests.

    Our water was absolutely lovely - super attentive but without rushing/mithering us. He knew it was our anniversary and gave us a free cocktail to celebrate. The food was unreal albeit a little pricey (which we knew anyway - but it is a real treat) My only gripe was that we were sat quite close to the tables either side of us and one table was noisy/annoying and the other table had a couple that were bickering. It did slightly taint the evening but that can’t be helped I guess. Food & service was fabulous.

    We have visited before and had great attention to what we like and what we would like to order. Not this time. The waiter appeared impatient and rushed. He did noit explain the options and we ended up paying £260 (including wine (£34) and a couple of cocktails) for 2 of us. I was unablke toi eat my steak, which was cooked beuatifully becasue it was too big for me. I would not have ordered if the menu had been expolained properly. Really disappointed and feel ripped off

    Always a family favourite. Service always impeccable, food always fabulous, staff friendly and professional. I love the way they keep a note of the things you like (ie, always book a booth) and try to accommodate you.

    Really wanted to enjoy our meal given the occasion and glowing reviews from friends . Loved the building and atmosphere, cocktails were superb. Starters (scallops and belly rib) were tasty but not mind-blowing. Really regretted not going for the Sunday roast (which looked amazing), as our mains were quite disappointing. Our chateaubriand was well cooked and as-expected for the price. The monkfish however was far too salty and lukewarm. “Buttered greens” was a tiny portion of lukewarm cabbage. And the garlic mushrooms were so cold that we sent them back. It’s such a shame that we had really high hopes for this meal, the staff and restaurant were fantastic and yet felt we really could have spent our £200 more wisely (that was the total bill without any wine and only one cocktail each).

    Great service at the Bar for a start, I wasn't drinking so the lady recommended a virgin bloody mary which was delicious and well presented. Taken in to eat, the service was fantastic, genuinely friendly really helpful then the food. We had scallops to start with which I would return just for those alone.. Then Sunday dinner for Mothers day which was perfect.

    Booked this for my sons 40th birthday celebrations and it didn’t disappoint! Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our choices were Yorkshire’s with potted beef and onion gravy and carpaccio as starters, mains were chateaubriand, beef burger and the fillet of beef. Dripping fries, buttered greens, garlic mushrooms and a Caesar salad, bernaise sauce and bone marrow gravy. Service was outstanding. Love the place, it has a really great atmosphere.

    Excellent meal. The staff were fantastic from reception with a great greeting to service. Everyone was very friendly and smiling Which is so different to many restaurants. Our waiter was fantastic pointing out we had ordered too much steak and he was correct
