Food and service were excellent. We enjoyed every minute of our dinner at Il Luogo. .

The Service and Staff are outstanding, extremely attentive!! The food is excellent. Every time we come to Il Luogo it is a new and delicious eating experience. The food is fit for a king and queen and that is exactly how you are treated. I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. The Manager, Joel, is always there to make sure that all of his customers are enjoying the food and the restaurant in general!!!

Another wonderful meal at IL Luogo Restaurant. I've said so many times you are treated with the utmost respect when you enter this establishment. You could be an old time customer or someone brand new and you are always treated wonderfully! Aside from the phenomenal food, the staff is by far the best around! From the Manager, bartender, hostesses, waiters and bus boys they always go far and above. A spectacular evening!

Another wonderful dining experience at IL Luogo Restaurant. So happy to bring a new friend to this GEM in Lynbrook. Aside from the ambience and beautiful decor both inside and out, the service is truly on top of its game. The staff treats every client as if they are VIP's from waiters, bus boys, bartenders to upper management. You are very well taken care of at Luogo if you're a seasoned visitor or a first time client, you're never disappointed. The food seems to get better if that's at all possible! Certainly a wonderful evening. Will return many more times!

The food was very good quality.
The ambiance is terrific.
My girlfriend and I always wanted to eat here. We decided to go here spur of the moment and made a last minute reservation one bight during the week.
We were seated inside at a nice table in the corner.
It seemed as if the waiter forgot about us.
We ordered mixed drinks and my first drink sat empty on the table for 20 minutes plus. The waiter spent lots of time at other tables and checked on them often but not our table.
Once again my drink was empty and water was empty without notice from anyone for an extended amount of time.
Our main course meals were complete but not acknowledged by our waiter for about 30 minutes.
We ordered crime brûlée dessert which was tasty.
We asked for the check and wanted to go home as we had been there about 2 hours already.
The waiter took 15 minutes to bring the check.
The restaurant was not busy and later pretty empty so there’s no excuse we were the only ones not being properly attended.
The manager, owner , or maitre D didn’t come check on us either.
So the only conclusion why our service was much less than expected is they were not comfortable having a white professional man dining with a black professional woman in their restaurant.
That’s why we will never go back to Il Luigo.

Good food from chicken, veal and pork chops to seafood, fish and appetizers. Service from professionally dressed servers was great.

A wonderful evening with a dear friend at IL Luogo Restaurant. As always great service, good ambience, fantastic presentation and most importantly today safety. We stated with a delicious asparagus soup, followed by a wonderful short rib dinner. Beautifully presented and extremely well prepared. We ended with a delicious homemade apple pie! Again a terrific visit to a local gem!

A farewell dinner for a dear friend moving to Florida. It was a new experience for these friends. As usual the dining experience was first class! Wonderful specials. excellent service and fine wine. My group was extremely impressed with the decor and most especially the safety protocol. A wonderful dining experience had by all.

I've been coming to this restaurant when it was Tre Bambini in the 1990's. That being said, I've been here dozens of times. Yesterday was by far the worst experience. Wife and I ordered surf and turf. Lobster was frozen, you can tell, no taste, tough as nails. Filet Mignon was delicious however. We ordered dessert, 30 minutes later we cancelled desert as they were most definitely understaffed and we couldn't wait anymore. Valet parking couldn't drive my truck-(stick shift) and made us walk around the corner to get own vehicle. For $300 for two people on a pre-fixed menu, I want better than what we got. I understand Covid, financial struggles of folks, all of that but if you're still charging full price or more, I want perfection. This was 3 stars out of 5 at best. Very disappointed and may not ever go back. Unfortunate as it's been a staple since my early 20's. Staff was clearly overwhelmed with crowd as it just felt rushed, unorganized, overpriced, quality of food sub-par. Really disappointed.

This was the second time eating here & the food is so delicious. Will definitely visit when I’m in the mood for some fine Italian food.

Always a wonderful experience. The staff, food & ambience are just wonderful. We were happy to celebrate our wedding anniversary here.

Food and atmosphere was great. Sat outdoors in the heated tent. Felt very cozy.

Brought a group of friends to Luogo to celebrate a special birthday. We arrived a bit early and were seated immediately at out table in the outdoor seating area. It was a bit chilly out but very warm and comfortable in the tent. Started with some wonderful appetizers very creative and well prepared. Our main courses were beautiful prepared and presented. Desert was prepared with a sparkling candle. Great wine, great atmosphere great service. A truly enjoyable evening had by all.

This place is totally a great place to enjoy Fantastic food, unbelievable service and a lovely place to enjoy your meal or celebrate an occasion!!! We have been absolutely amazed at the entire experience every time we come to have a meal here. We would highly recommend this restaurant to all of our family and friends with all of the confidence that they would have a fantastic experience.
