Our executive chef is Aaron Butts, he has been nominated twice for the James Beard award for best chef in the Midwest. We work with local farmers and artisans for our proteins, produce, and baked goods to provide you with the highest quality of ingredients. We have one of the biggest selections of whiskey, bourbon, ryes, and scotches in Indiana. Our cocktail book will take you back to the classics and how they were originally prepared, to our house cocktails which are created by each members of our bar team.
