Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications.     We came on a Tuesday night for dinner. We had reservations and were seated shortly upon arrival. The service was excellent. Our waters and chip basket never went empty. Everyone’s dinner arrived in a timely manner and it was delicious. I ordered enchiladas Suizas. The organica margarita was okay…not bad, but I’e definitely had better. Excellent meal and service - we will definitely come back!

    Reserved a “quiet booth” two weeks ahead. When we arrived the hostess said they were getting our table ready. We waited 15 minutes while about 20 people without reservations were seated. Then the manager appeared and said they did not have a booth for us. He seated us between the bar and the casino. The noise was deafening. Service and food were good but definitely not great

    The food was amazing! Our server recommended alot of good things and we were able to try appetizers, entrees and dessert. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. We will for sure have to go again!

    Javier is always generally good food. Great atmosphere, however I don’t know if they hire enough servers because our server was way too busy - their customer service experience is lacking compared to other restaurants in Vegas at the same price point . Just an observation.
