    WEEKLY SUNDAY JAZZ BRUNCH Every Sunday from 11:30am to 3:00pm With a menu designed to incorporate dishes from all over the world, guests can choose from a wide variety of options including American, Chinese, Thai and Indian. Chefs will be cooking at live stations, preparing traditional favorites like waffles and omelettes as well exotic options. If it’s more local fare you’re after, choose from a selection of local crab, oysters, mussels, gulf shrimp, and home-smoked salmon from the seafood bar. Finish the meal off with a decadent dessert prepared by our pastry chefs paired with free-flowing Taittinger champagne. Sunday Brunch at The Setai is $95 per person and $45 for children under 12.     Amazing food and amazing staff! i felt very taken care of. I guess the only thing is the food, although amazing, come in smaller portions. I don’t eat much at once so we split a few dishes but if you’re hungry, maybe think about going through a drive through after (:

    They pick and choose who they seat in the main dining room. I was seated off the side without being asked like other people were. This happened to mostly black people (I noticed it to a young black couple who was there on a date)... Because I requested the main dining room after being seated to the side, my wait was an hour, mind you I had reservation (meanwhile) I'm watching dozens of people come and go and were seated in the main dining area with no waiting. The show and my drink was the best part of that experience...never again

    We booked a table a month ago and when we got there the hostess said it’s 45 min wait. When i told her we booked a month ago they offered us a table for 5 although we were 2 and it was next to the service station. It was awful!

    The food was great, but the service was terrible. After waiting over 15 minutes, we asked someone if we could place our order. The waitress finally came over and she was terrible. We were a party of 3 and ordered a total of 4 main plates (one for each and one plate to share). When our food came, there were only 3 plates served. When we asked where our 4th plate was, the waitress told us that she decided on her own to take the plate off of our order because she thought we had ordered too much food! Unbelievable! This was one of the plates we were not sharing and we had to wait for it to come. Terrible service overall.

    When I got a reservation here I was expecting a typical restaurant experience. That is the furthest thing than my experience. There was live entertainment almost the entire night with dancers and DJs. It was incredible if you are looking for more energetic energy and an exciting night. In addition, the cocktails and food were spectacular.

    Beautiful restaurant that we have enjoyed in the past but our latest visit was terribly disappointing. It was my husband’s birthday and first of all the server seemed totally uninterested in us. We ordered an appetizer which came within minutes and we asked not to put our order in until after we finished the app. The entrees came about 2 minutes into the app. My husband had the filet which was nothing but grisly and overcooked. My salmon was mediocre at best. We finally spoke to the manager and after taking away the entrees - uneaten- he brought my husbands birthday dessert, which was very nice. We were only charged for the 2 glasses of wine. The wine was wonderful. Probably won’t go back.

    The only complaint was it was unbearably hot outside I could not enjoy the Champagne or food so we left Just a recommendation that outside should have air conditioning

    I love coming to Miami and going to the brunch at the Setai, I’m well travelled and I think is one of the best Brunch that I have enjoyed. And this time a brought my daughters. The service is impecable!, the quality of the food is superb and the ambience is lovely. I highly Recomended !

    This was our first experience at Jaya, and I must say my fiancé and I were impressed. The entrance and setting of the restaurant is out of a movie. Just beautiful from top to bottom. The drinks are nice, the Chili Passion Martini is a great go to if you like a little spice. The Drinks are pricey but that is expected in south beach. Also had the Peking Duck and the Lamb Chops. The duck was amazing, I wish there was more for the price, the lamb chops were ehh, under seasoned and just very lack luster. I'm not a seafood eater and I feel that is the best part of this restaurant so I would do anything seafood if I was you. Outside of food and drinks this restaurant just has the best vibe, and atmosphere for a party, birthday, wedding, or anything.

    The host was super rude, she give us any table. I specifically ask for a table in front of the fountain. The service was OK, the food was average, the glasses were dirty like wasn’t polished, I have a Filet Mignon with French fries, it was fine. My fiancé got a Fried rice, which was dry but. The best thing of the night was the dessert, really liked it.

    Jaya needs entire revamp. The infrastructure of the facility is aged and needs a remodel. Having no air condition in the location of where Jaya sits is unexclusable The food is equivalent to a high priced Thai or Indian restaurant. Food is above average but not worth the prices posted in the menu. There is signs posted of opening a new restaurant called, Japon that serves Japanese cuisine. Hopefully this replaces Jaya. I look forward to what the new space will be where the current Jaya exists if the Jaya is indeed on the road to be replaced as shine and ambience is dated.
