Kaiser Grille Chophouse has anchored the corner of South Palm Canyon Drive and Arenas Road since 1992 — a family-owned Palm Springs steakhouse built by three generations of butchers. Every cut is broken by hand and dry-aged in our own room, then cooked over live fire: a 108-inch oak and charcoal grill and a 750° almond-wood dome. Lebanese by name, Mediterranean in spirit, chophouse to the bone — Sito’s recipes beside USDA Prime beef and whole fish over embers.
The Block & Barrel is our bar and our second house: craft cocktails, the block by the ounce, wood-fired flatbreads, and the First Fire happy hour, lit daily at three. Pull up at Sito’s Table, the Fireside, the Salt Side or the Sidewalk — no reservation needed at the bar.
Canyon Terrace Lunch, weekend Brunch, the First Seating sunset dinner and Block & Barrel After Nine fill the rest of the day.
We are also the valley’s largest private events house.
Fire, salt and lineage — three generations of butchers, live fire since 1992.

    We were in town with our 5 year old and randomly got reservations here. The location was great, we sat outside and did a lot of people watching. Food was amazing, so amazing we came back the next night! Servers were great!

    I ordered the bucatini, and my husband had the salmon. He said the salmon was absolutely delicious! My bucatini was good, though it could have used a bit more salt to really bring out all the flavors. My son ordered the kids’ burger and loved it. Overall, the food was reasonably priced and enjoyable. The ambiance was pleasant, although we had planned to sit outside and were unable to because the outdoor heaters/steamers weren’t working. Fortunately, the indoor seating was still very nice. My only disappointment was with the drinks. We ordered three beverages—a Sprite, a nonalcoholic specialty drink, and a margarita—but only my son’s Sprite arrived. Since our drinks never came, we eventually gave up and just drank water instead. Despite that issue, we enjoyed the food and had a pleasant dining experience overall.

    Came here for my friends birthday and the staff handled our table of 9 effortlessly. We brought a cake and they even cut it and served us all. It was wonderful and the food was delicious.

    We treated ourselves to Kaiser on our last day of vacation and it was well worth it! The food was wonderful as were the drinks! We were there on the early side, so it was quiet… But it looks like the place can get hoppin’!

    I always love Dining at Kaiser Grill when I am in Palm Springs. I ordered the Salmon with Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes and it was so delicious. I also ordered the Dragon Fruit Margarita 🍹 and it was delicious also. Our Waitress was very kind and very efficient. Great Job!
