    Food was over salted and tasted like it had been microwaved. Steak tasted like a McDonald’s hamburger and had the texture of play-doh. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive.

    It seemed as though they were low staffed so I won’t be too hard on them but we sat for 20 minutes and didn’t get any water or even a hello. It’s ok, I flagged someone down and we put in our full order and paid right there to leave. Not a bad place because I have been before but yesterday just wasn’t the best experience here.

    Service was great, our waiter was very attentive pleasant to talk to. Light crowd due to Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving menu was a little pricy for the value, Traditional Turkey dinner was ok. Mash potatoes had no seasoning or anything special, turkey was a good portion but felt a little dry.

    We chose to gather for a small family Thanksgiving dinner at Kona Grill at Northpark Center. They did not disappoint! Our server Westley was awesome! We were a party of 8 with varying personalities, and he was graceful and attentive to each one of us! We may have started a new Thanksgiving tradition!

    Our waitress was sweet & friendly but slow and hard to find. Spent over $200 for 3 people and should have been same great experience as in the Plano restaurant. A table in back of about 8-10 adults, 40-50 years old were screaming, laughing, jumping up acting crazy, so rude no one in the place could even here. We were in the middle of the place and could not hear over this table. Manager there and never said a word to this table. All heads were turning to see what was going on. We finally paid and left. It was an awful experience. We will go to our Plano one next time as usual. Great service, food & ambiance there.

    Brunch was nice. We love the options and service was great as well. However, the steak & eggs that my husband order was not . He ordered the steak medium well it was well done super dry with no flavor. The eggs had 0 taste and the potatoes were extremely overcooked like Little Rocks (no exaggeration). He got though as much as he could. I had the lobster avocado toast and it was delicious. We will definitely be back but not for the steak and eggs.

    Great Veteran's Day weekend brunch. The restaurant offered a discount for Veterans and it is appreciated. The mimosas and the brunch menu items were delicious!

    We used to really like going here. Service has waned, the food is okay, and prices have increased significantly. Edamame for example is $14. And yet we were seated in a booth with a worn and ripped cushion. We will not be back.

    Generally good. Food was ok - we only ordered from the happy hour menu. Surf and turf was ok but actually overcooked. Meatballs were hard but tased Good! Shrimp taco good. Margaritas were ok. Service was good.

    My husband and two of our friends made a dinner reservation to celebrate our marriage and we had told our server also. A server who never introduced himself, I could not tell you his name if I tried. Very short, rude, service. He didn’t even let our friends sit before expecting them to order. He ended up never even acknowledging us after the “greeting”. We all work in the service industry as well, and we had to ask several times just for refills on our water. We also had to ask him to clear the empty app plates off our table because the instant he “took our order” he ran away. I put that in quotes because aside from our apps, nothing was ever rang in. We waited 40 minutes for our food and eventually a different server came over to tell us that he told her the kitchen “Didn’t get the ticket”and wanted to retake our order for him calling him “that guy” and that he was busy even though we watched him stand around doing nothing the entire time. He also sent someone from the kitchen staff to refill my water at one point when I asked him for a refill. Horrific service and the fact that we had explicitly stated we were celebrating getting married on our reservation and to our server, but he still did not care, is shocking. Extremely disappointing experience and I will be telling others not to eat here. It was that bad of an experience. Server was a tall, skinny, black man, with an afro. This guy does not need to be in the service industry.

    Staff forgot drinks, and the order. They said they brought us another tables order if we wanted it. They didn’t bring check for 35 min and we got it finally bc I had to find the manager to get me it. We won’t be going back. Food quality also has changed

    The server, Wes, was not knowledgeable about the menu. As well he brought all the food at one time causing our entrees to become cold. Less than optimal. The quality of the food is not worth the price paid. I will not go back.

    Service was terrible. Food was way over priced. Took 25 mins for waiter to take our order and 45 mins for someone to bring us an electronic payment pad to pay our bill. We were one of 8 tables at 6:45 pm on a Sunday night. My reservation for 8 people was confirmed 3 times! 4 of the 8 people had major stomach issues the next day, and we all eat similar entrees. Cross this restaurant off my list!

    Service was terrible! We asked for sweeter 3 times for my tea. Our waiter disappeared. Food was to spicy. Chef changed receipt. Our booth seats were falling apart. Terrible! We love the Kona grill in Plano. So much better

    Stopped in during their happy hour. Was able to try many of their popular dishes at a very good price. Overall, the choices we had were good. Will probably go back for some of their regular menu items.

    Excellent in every aspect. The ambiance was great, the service was fantastic and the food was even better. We had the ribeye meatballs, the sushi roll, salmon, brownie and cheesecake from the restaurant week menu, all great. Had two signature cocktails too and they were very tasty. Kayla, our server, was always on top of things and very friendly too. Definitely coming back!

    Edwin, our server was excellent! He was friendly and attentive. I had the prime rib for my renters which I thought was overcooked and quite fatty. My son had the salmon which was excellent. I had the meatballs for my first course which were great and my son had the sushi roll which was also wonderful. The cheesecake dessert was a perfect end to a great dining experience!

    The dining room floor needs a major restoration. The carpet or whatever that is, is SO sticky. Eeek. Overall the food was good but it seemed some of the staff refused to do anything other than what their assigned to do, I.e. the bussers …why can’t they refill water glasses? At any rate, they seem short staffed but they were not busy at all. We’ve been many times. This was just an odd experience. Please clean the floor

    This was not a good visit. It started off with the hostess telling us because we arrived 7 minutes early for my reservation, I would need to sit and wait for 7 minutes. Seriously? It was at 1:30 on Friday pm and the restaurant was half empty. Got worse from there. My husband and I ordered multiple dishes and none of them really tasted like anything -great except for his chicken sandwich. The bright spot was our waitress. Danielle who did an awesome job. Will definitely eat elsewhere next time we’re at NorthPark.

    The maître d’ staff was so welcoming. Our waitress was fantastic; positive, knowledgeable, timely check-ins, very service oriented. Wine selection is not congruent with the menu. $40 sea bass with no decent wine to accompany it. Wine list was 95% grocery store variety. Appetizer calamari was right blend of ingredients but calamari was way over fried and portion for $20 was very small. Sea bass was well prepared but very boring with only bok choy accompaniment. And portion size for $40 was not reasonable. Generally need more fish options on the menu.

    It was our first time. We all had a pretty good experience. There was an issue with payment at the end but got resolved rather quickly. The sliders and pop stickers were a favorite. We also enjoyed the raspberry mojito and sake drinks. Would come again but try didn’t items.

    Haven’t been here since high school but thought it would be okay to stop in. The food was pretty bad, ordered the $20 calamari and it was greasy and fishy. Then split an order of sushi and the cilantro lime chicken. Sushi was okay but the Panko was drowned in grease and sauce. The chicken was decent a little chewy which is weird for chicken. The rice that came with it was salty. Would def sub it out if you can. Can’t tell you the price for the two mains but they were overpriced. With two non alcoholic drinks and tip the total came out to be just about $100. sort of ridiculous for a Asian fusion version of a chilis. Service was okay, you could tell they were understaffed but our server was on it and made it a point to take care of us. I don’t expect to come again, but this is a mall so my expectations were low.
