This is one of our favorite locations for a special night out. The food and bar are always excellent and never disappoints.

Booked a table for two for a birthday celebration. The waitress was very accommodating in planning the surprise by adding a candle for our dessert. We asked for recommendations and they were very accommodating and excellent. Enjoyed the beet and the duck appetizers and the steal and scallop entrees were both excellent as well. Order the mushroom side dish if it is available, you will not regret it. The sorbet was also unique and was the perfect finish to an excellent meal. I recommend the restaurant highly, as the food and service were outstanding. They might want to consider dressing up the entryway as it is right next to the dining area and is not inviting, but that is a small issue that does not take away from a lovely experience.

La Fia exceeded our expectations! Our server was knowledgeable. The food and wine incredible. Hell, my fiancé and I even wanted to ask about the music playlist because of how groovy it was! This is the first review I’ve left on here and quite possibly my last, but La Fia deserves it. Salute!

Food was AMAZING! They truly are a unique experience. The drinks were also something to mention! All around an amazing spot.

We dined for Valentines day in the Window Seat. The lighting was so romantic, the food was amazing, our server was great. The Duck made us close our eyes for a minute. Portions were great and service and timing were perfect. The only recommendation would be to serve the Lobster Bisque hotter. Otherwise, we LOVED everything.

Bryan Sikora and his staff always do an outstanding job. The food, service and ambiance was great. In a time where Covid has made dining indoors a neutered experience, La Fia excels and delivers a fabulous dining experience. We have been dining at La Fia dozens of times and each time it gets better and better. Bravo!

La Fia is our number one Go To restaurant in Wilmington. The staff is fantastic; attentive and knowledgeable of all dishes on the menu. The meal starts off with the very best bread service in Wilmington. The menu changes seasonally, but it I always contains interesting dishes with the most delicate hand in seasoning. Currently, the scallops and Duo of Pork are menu standouts. We always get the Octopus as a starter and it has never disappointed. The beet salad is especially impressive. Each of the desserts are inventive twists on classics. The flavors are impressive. Must try after an amazing dinner.

La Fia has remained one of the finest restaurants in Wilmington since it has opened. While some of Brian Sikora's establishments have been underwhelming, this bistro continues to hit the mark. Food quality is excellent and creative. In the time of COVID, while many restaurants are minimizing their menu choices, La Fia continues to offer many selections. The only disappointment is the fact that the wine menu either has pedestrian inexpensive choices or very good high priced choices, not much in the middle, but this will not ruin your meal. I highly suggest you make a reservation and enjoy a great meal !

Amy was amazingly knowledgeable about the menu and wine. All of the staff was friendly and efficient. Loved the whole experience.

La Fia is one of our favorite spots to visit. The service is always great as is the food. They are also strictly following all COVID safety precautions. Our last few visits we have had Amy who is always very welcoming and attentive. The sparkling rose is my favorite and I always look forward to having that when I am there. While the food is always good my husband and I do miss some items from the older menus as this new one definitely has a different flair. It is definitely a must try!

La Fia was a great overall dining experience. The service could not have been better and the food was outstanding. The young woman who waited on us was the only waitress for all 12 tables and she executed her job flawlessly. We had two salads and 3 different entrees which we all enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommend making a trip downtown to for good vibes and even better food.

A wonderful meal and excellent service! We both had the short rib with black eyed peas and a cheese board and it was delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

Outstanding as always. We dined outdoors on a chilly Halloween night, but the overhead heat lamps kept us toasty! We also were treated to a free concert (coming from the open windows of the Queen across the street)! Service was great, and the food was as good as ever.

My husband and I have had La Fia on our radar for about a year. Circumstances beyond our control foiled plans twice to dine there but we finally made it for an Anniversary celebration. It was worth the wait ! The menu was very interesting, our choices were fabulous. The mixologist knew her craft, service was attentive but not overbearing. The space itself was basic - clean and neat, good music at a comfortable volume. Can't wait to return.....
