We just had a lovely date night dinner at the Ranch restaurant. Our server Brian was AMAZING. He was friendly, professional and he spent an unprecedented amount of time assisting us with our order to assure we had a perfect dining experience. We started with the artichoke and scallop appetizers. We both enjoyed our selections. It was the most flavorful artichoke I’ve ever eaten. We shared the onion soup. Just wow! Its savory flavor with a bit of sweetness from the onions was reminiscent of a meal I had at a small bistro in Paris. We shared the NY strip. Since we like our meat at different temperatures we appreciated that the restaurant offered to divide the steak an cook it to our liking. The bar offers a variety of creative and delicious creations and the ranch has an extensive wine list. Because our date night was a little unique, Brian brought a delicious creme brûlée for us to enjoy. Thank you! We ate in the patio which was warm and comfortable. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough for an amazing dining experience.

We keep coming back and trying new dishes. Tonight we had shrimp and scallops. Our server was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. We sat outside under the heat lamps and it was divine. The scallops were tender and delicious. The shrimp may have been slightly over cooked, but still good. I tried the carrots and they needed to be fork tender, but were not. They were seasoned just right. And we keep coming back.

Casual early dinner that ended up being a nice experience with another family who celebrated the mom’s birthday while we celebrated my birthday. The company was really nice and our chef, Jorge, made everything easy and delicious with his use of garlic butter. I had the best chateaubriand ever. Thank you!

Great customer service from the courteous and professional staff. The owner, Bruno Serrato also stopped by our table to check up on us. The ambiance was romantic and festive (holiday season). The food selection was broad and varied. We opted for the calamari (not fried) cooked in a cream sauce and escargot. We brought our own bottles of wine. The corkage fee was a bit on the high side ($35) but the wine we brought were in the $60-$100 range. So I guess it was still a savings for us. My duck l’orange was excellent. My wife had the branzino and she enjoyed it. Our friends had the hanger steak and braised rabbit. I would also suggest ordering the chocolate soufflé when ordering your main meal. It takes 20 mins to prepare this dessert. After dinner we went upstairs to the bar for some spirits. This place is actually quite spacious and is bigger than what you see from the outside. We would definitely come back for the food and experience.

Food was fantastic and Scotty, our server, was professional, attentive and very friendly!! His suggestions on what to order were spot on!! Puesto is one of our favorite places to eat!!
