The service is always excellent. One really serious dieter, (who stayed within her goal and was completely satisfied), and two carnivorous with delicious leftovers. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The food was delicious and our waiter was very friendly, along with the men bringing the meat around. They were very attentive and asked if there was a specific cut we’d like them to bring around more. The only complaint we had was that, in a restaurant that was at about 10% capacity, we were sat in a dark corner about two feet from the server kiosk and about 2 1/2 feet from another couple. When my husband asked if we could be moved to a table more in the main dining area where the ambiance was great and we couldn’t hear another couple’s entire conversation, the hostess said she would ask a manager, but never got back to us. When we’re paying that much for a unique dinner and experience, I’d hope that the they’d actually try and provide that experience rather than putting you in the two worst tables in the restaurant.

Went on a Monday to celebrate a birthday, granted it was a Monday so it was nice and quiet. Our servers were attentive, service was great and the food was perfect.

It took too long to be seated. Reservations at 430pm but we waited for 1/2 hour. I had made reservations early at 4:30pm but they weren’t ready for us plus they were to try and cram us into a small space until I said something. 11 people with 2 high chairs sticking out into the isles was unacceptable. All of our food was not served at the same time. Waiting for pasta….. for a child is unexceptionable, pasta for kids should have come out first. No salad dressing on either of the salads. Burger came out without the special sauce. No catchup with the French fries… Our waiter was Great!!! And got us what we needed. He kept everything flowing but the kitchen was slow.
