Beide Menüs sind als 7-Gang-Menü oder als kompaktere 3-Gang-Variante erhältlich und orientieren sich an den Jahreszeiten.Viermal im Jahr verändert sich das kulinarische Angebot passend zu Frühling, Sommer, Herbst und Winter.
