    Staff went above and beyond to ensure a great birthday experience. They initially got one of our orders wrong, which was a totally understandable mistake (they gave us an Ensalada cocktail instead of the actual salad), but even though we said it was okay they insisted on giving us free cake as an apology. We’ll be sure to dine here again when we return to Tagaytay.

    We celebrated my child's moving up at Secret Recipe SM Sta.Rosa and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious as always and the ambiance was perfect for our family celebration. Big thanks to the team — Judy and Amber gave us attentive, friendly service, and Manager Ryane went above and beyond. We really appreciated that he personally checked on our table to ask about the food, and he even fulfilled our request for a personalized message on the dessert plate.
