Standouts from our dinner: the Ceviche Greta Oto (mahi mahi), the bright and citrusy Agua de Chile, the Crudo Pacífico, and on the mains the Imperial King Prawns and the no-carb steamed organic salmon — clean flavors, precise execution. The cocktail program is excellent (the Piscotini and the Classic Pisco Sour are both worth ordering) and the wine list offers very interesting options, including a lovely Chardonnay Escudo Rojo. It was sunny and warm so we were seated in the outdoor area, which is quiet despite being in the centre. Service was very friendly, too.
