Everything is made from scratch including our buttermilk fried chicken and our BBQ baby back ribs with green beans and coleslaw. And always save room for a homemade dessert - the strawberry rhubarb pie is a must.Our breakfast menu is the best in town. We feature our own local farm fresh eggs from our 44 chickens that live on our two acre garden ranch. We also have fresh squeezed orange juice juice daily, complimentary fresh made buttermilk biscuits, gluten free pancakes and a full menu of omelets and house specialties.A visit to Southern Utah won't be complete with stopping by George's.

    My wife and I stopped by Canyon Eatery on our way back from Zion and had an absolute wonderful experience. All of the staff, Lynn, Judy, JT, Tayla, and several others were all very hospitable. The atmosphere was relatively quiet. The food, spicy vodka rigatoni with steak, brocolinni, and short rib lasagna was phenomenal! And the overall experience was excellent. Had we stayed near Hurricane for another day, we would have gone back!

    Wonderful food, great presentation, superb flavors. What a gem! We had the Hungarian Gulasch and the Wiener Schnitzel. Both tasted like home. Upon learning that it was our anniversary, the chef himself presented me with a red rose and we received a divine choclate cake for dessert - on the house. We will be back for sure!

    Loved this place becuase it offers upscale, elevated menu offerings in a casual, unpretentious environment. Food was delicious and they make an excellent extra dirty gin martini.

    Our group of 8 ordered a great sampling of the menu and enjoyed everything. Biscuits were fantastic. Pork chop, brussel sprouts, and filet were also excellent. Great experience.
