Was disappointed with the beef tenderloin tacos. Flavor was great but they were tiny and that’s being generous.More infoSeasons 52 - PrincetonPrice: Expensive• American• Princeton•4.8

- BbarbaraNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoLove Mistral. The energy is warm and busy in a welcoming way. The food is delicious- I always leave with a favorite taste memory, something I want to have again. Tables of families, couples, friends- laughing, talking with their hands, obviously enjoying an experience. Kitchen open, fun to watch. I appreciate the staff's professionalism, but I'm happy to be enjoying the results on the other side of the counter! Imperfectly perfect, Mistral is a lovely choice.More infoMistralPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Princeton•4.6
- AADITYANew Jersey •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoService was friendly and professional, with the servers attentive for follow-up requests from tables. At times, especially at the start, it seemed a bit rushed with the server coming to take our order a couple of times too soon, but overall satisfying. Food portions were perfect and food was tasty. Ambience was good, noise level was low, clientele was clearly upper Princeton class society. A very satisfying fine dining experience. The only recommendation would be to keep the thermostat a bit higher.More infoTriumph Restaurant and BreweryPrice: Expensive• American• Princeton•4.4
