Artisanal Restaurant is open seasonally from May-October end. Contemporary American Fine Dining in a rustic yet elegant environment.     We found this restaurant online while we were staying in Banner Elk, NC because we couldn't get into the steakhouses there and Americano had openings. This was a very pleasant surprise, the hostess was friendly and warm and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The music they played was very pleasing and relaxing. Our server was quick and very pleasant. We started with the shrimp cocktail and I had Jim's Filet while my friend had the Hawaiian Ribeye. We both had the brussel sprouts which are out of this world delicious. Everything was cooked well and our server Morgan was attentive and helpful.

    First time at Jackson's Prime and honestly this was the greatest dining experience we have ever had. We ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer, they were made quickly and the sauce options were both fantastic. My husband got a ceasar salad next and thoroughly enjoyed it. For our main course my husband had the 22oz cowboy ribeye and I chose the Duroc Pork Chop. Both dishes were prepared to perfection. The steak and pork chop were both tender and juicy and packed with flavor. The truffle mashed potatoes were smooth and silky. Finally, we decided on dessert - 1 toffee cake and 1 Blueberry Lemon Cobbler cake. Nothing could have made this meal better. Alyssa was our server. She was so nice and attentive. We will definitely be back!
