- SShariGoldDenver / Colorado •20 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had reservations and were seated promptly. Our server greeted us warmly and took the time to walk us through the menu. We each started with a cocktail and enjoyed a glass of wine with our meals. We both ordered salads to start, and they were fresh and delicious. We especially appreciated being offered the option of a half serving. My husband had the short ribs, which were so tender they practically melted in your mouth. I had the salmon, which was nicely seasoned and served with lentils and fresh broccolini. Both entrees were delicious. Of course, we saved room for dessert. My husband had the peanut butter pie, while I chose the bread pudding. Both were the perfect way to satisfy our sweet tooth. The food, service, and overall experience made for a wonderful meal. The next time we’re in Denver, we’ll definitely look forward to another meal at Corinne.More infoCorinne - Denver$$$$• Contemporary American• Downtown / LoDo•4.5

- MMarianaDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoIncredible experience, our server was so kind and attentive...even better yet THE FOOD! Artichoke tortellini was 100/10 amazing, definitely need to try if you are going. We also order another amazing things: melon caprese 10/10, bacon 10/10, nori tagliatelle 9/10 (only because it had a lot of lemon flavor my husband didn't love but I absolutely loved that), and for dessert hazelnut tart 5/10 (to be honest not our favorite, the dough didn't taste so good, but the hazelnut part was amazing, not too sweet. we definitely think it could be 100% better without the tart crust). OVERALL, AMAZING! We are coming back for more next time we are in Denver.More infoRioja$$$$• Mediterranean• Downtown / LoDo•4.7
- FFranklynEast Tennessee •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIf you are looking for an upscale, flawless fine-dining experience in Denver, EDGE Restaurant & Bar at the Four Seasons delivers on every level. The ambience and atmosphere perfectly balance sophisticated elegance with a warm, lively energy. True to its reputation in local reviews, the space feels incredibly high-end and modern without ever feeling stiff or pretentious. The sleek architectural lines, warm lighting, and open-kitchen concept create a vibrant yet intimate backdrop that is ideal for both romantic dates and special family gatherings. What truly sets EDGE apart, however, is the impeccable hospitality and seamless allergy awareness. From the moment we walked in, the staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. They are highly competent and accommodating with food sensitivities; the kitchen did a fantastic job managing a gluten allergy and resolving any concerns around cross-contamination, allowing us to dine with total peace of mind. Our server, Adam, provided fantastic, attentive service throughout the night. He went completely above and beyond by treating our infant son like a VIP, even leaving him with his very own stuffed moose as a souvenir of the evening. It is rare to find a fine-dining establishment that embraces families and dietary needs so gracefully while maintaining its luxury standards. The culinary experience was outstanding from start to finish: • Dry-Aged NY Strip: Cooked to absolute perfection with a beautiful crust and rich, deep flavor. • Scallops: Incredibly fresh, perfectly seared, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. • Kids' Options: Our son thoroughly enjoyed his fresh fruit and buttered noodles (as well as happily nibbling off our plates!). We finished the evening with a spectacular trio of desserts. The snickerdoodle crème brûlée was a creative, comforting twist on a classic, the homemade ice cream was exceptionally creamy, and the Basque-style cheesecake had that perfect caramelized top and rich, velvety center.More infoEDGE Restaurant & Bar$$$$• Steakhouse• Downtown / LoDo•4.8
