    Dined at Cavanaugh's to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday. They honored our request for a window table with view of river. A birthday card was on the table; nice touch! Server gave us a lot of time before we ordered to catch up with friends we hadn't seen, and didn't rush us out. The baked garlic, butter and chewy bread was a real tret.

    In my opinion, one of the few good lunch spots in downtown Evansville. Always good service and great food. I tried the salad, added chicken and it was excellent. Great atmosphere.

    Such a wonderful evening! Tanner, our server, was phenomenal!!! The wine pairings were on point and the pork chop was out of this world! Highly recommend the butter cake to finish an amazing evening! Highly recommend!
