    My experience at Steak 48 was outstanding from start to finish. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and created the perfect atmosphere for a great dinner. Our waitress (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The food was excellent overall, and it’s easy to see why Steak 48 has such a great reputation. Every detail of our dining experience felt thoughtful and well-executed. If I could offer one small piece of feedback, it would be regarding the pork chop. While it was cooked well and had a nice char on the outside, I found it lacked seasoning and flavor. For my personal taste, it came across more as charred meat than a seasoned pork chop. I don’t mean that negatively—just as honest feedback that I hope is helpful. Other than that, everything was exceptional. The service, atmosphere, and overall dining experience were top-notch. On a scale of 1 to 5, I’d gladly give Steak 48 a 4.8. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others looking for a great dining experience.
