    SPEECHLESS!! IT WAS EVERYTHING I IMAGENED. PARTY OF 7, SHARED EVERYTHING FOOD AND DRINKS. THE SERVICE WAS EXACTLY AS FINE DINING SHOULD BE. FRIENDLY STAFF FOH/BOH. IF I HAD TO CRITIQUE ONE THING, THE SEA BASS COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE FLAVORFUL. CRAB CAKE WAS LIGHT, FLUFFY, WELL PAIRED WITH THE CITRUS AOLI. BEEF WELLINGTON IS AS ADVERYIZED, SCALLOPS COULD HAVE BEEN SEARED A BIT LONGER FOR A DARKER SEAL (ONE SIDE SEARED THE OTHER SIDE WAS NOT AT ALL). THE DATE CAJE W/ MARSCAPONE CHEESE ICE CREAM AND STICKY TOFFEE TOPPING BLENDED SO WELL TOGETHER. THE MARSCAPONE ICE CREAM WAS PERFECT IN TEXTURE, AND PLAVOR PROFILE. DRINKS WERE AGAIN TOP OF THE LINE, WE SHARWD THOSE AS WELL. SALTED CARAMEL ESSPESSO MARTINI HAD A SMOOTH FLAVOR TRANSITION, SWEET TO A LIGHT COFFEE FLAVOR. THE TERAMISU MARTINI WITH "R K" ON THE TOP AND A LADYFINGER, WHICH TO NO SUPRISE PAIR PERFECTLY. I WILL FOR SURE BE BACK WITH MANY NEW GUESTS . THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT RAMSEY'S KITCHEN AT THE SILVER LEGACY FOR A TRUELY EXCEPTIONAL NIGHT. WE'RE STILL TALKING ABOUT IT A WEEK LATER.
